Her talks, workshops and blog posts explore self-awareness, identity, and the unspoken parts of growth, equipping students and young professionals to move through life and work with honesty, confidence, and a grounded sense of self.

Launched in 2020, Jarrett et al. was born from a simple mission: to teach students and young professionals everything we weren’t taught in school - lessons about adulthood, mindset, confidence, and navigating professional spaces. What began as an educational YouTube series for A-Level Psychology students has grown into a global platform and intimate space where people can explore vulnerability, reflect on real experiences, and learn lessons often left unspoken.

 

Today, Jarrett et al. continues to expand into talks, workshops, newsletters, and community events, creating spaces for honest conversations and meaningful reflection. It’s a place for young professionals to engage with life and work with intention, depth, and courage.
